I contacted We Buy Northwest Houses looking for a quick sale on my house...

...even when they felt they weren't the best option for me, they were able to help by sending me to the right place. I still sold my house fast and for more than I had hoped!

—Juliette L.

Shortly after we bought this house as a rental...

...a couple years ago, life and work changes moved us to Tri-Cities. The half-done rehab project sat for a couple years, until We Buy Northwest Houses came along. They paid me the price I needed, and allowed me to move on from this house.

—MIKE H.

I called We Buy Northwest Houses after my divorce was finalized. I had realized, too late...

...that my ex-husband had been spending my hard-earned wages on the Home Shopping Network rather than the mobile home park space rent and property taxes! I was weeks away from losing the house I had lived in for over 20 years, when We Buy Northwest Houses came in with a solution I would have never thought to even ask for. They bought the house, paying off the overdue bills and rented it back to me, allowing me to stay in the house! They even gave me the option to buy it back from them at a price less than what it is worth. If not for their creative solutions, I don’t know what I would have done. Now I’m on my way back to owning the home I thought I had lost.

—Susan M.

After inheriting the house my parents lived in...

....for decades, I had an enormous amount of junk to sort through. My late father was a hoarder, and it really just wore me out. We Buy Northwest Houses took the problem off my hands (including the junk) and paid me exactly what I needed! I never imagined selling a house could be such a smooth transaction.

—GARY M.

I had a house which I didn’t want...

...and which was not in a sellable condition. I called We Buy Northwest Houses. David quickly came out and made a reasonable offer. We came to an agreement. David fulfilled everything we agreed to. I left town and left the house behind as-is and David took care everything: Clean up, renovation, and making the yard look good. I trusted him when I met him. I was not mistaken in my judgement of him. I was fully satisfied with our transaction. He took care of everything. I would definitely use his services again if the need arose. Five star transaction.

—DANIEL P.

I got a promotion at work...

...which required a transfer to Montana. I had to sell my house fast, and didn’t know what to do. We Buy Northwest Houses worked with my timeline and gave me the price I needed.

—VERNA H.

Working in North Dakota, I was unable to manage...

...the mobile home my mother left me in Coeur d’Alene. When I let my unstable brother stay in it, he tore it apart. I had just a couple weeks “vacation” to come clean it all out and sell it; I had no idea how to make it all happen in time. We Buy Northwest Houses paid me the amount I asked for and dealt with the mess too! Now I’m back at work with a new truck and a lot less to worry about.

—TOM G.

I had this freak spider-bite incident...

...that got infected.  I lost my job and couldn’t find another.  Not only did We Buy Northwest Houses buy my house to help get me out of a bind, they caught my truck and car payment up too!

—JIM M.

When my mobile home park unfairly kicked me out...

...I didn’t know what I was going to do. I called We Buy Northwest Houses as a last ditch effort. To my surprise, they gave me the price I asked for, and in less than half the time I had expected!

—MICHAEL B.

At the age of 70, as a little old lady, I took on a small, off-grid, one-acre property...

...which I thought I could take care of and which would serve me well as a place to care for dogs I was rescuing---something which I had been doing for over 20 years. I was wrong on both counts. The whole thing was too much for me, and the property deteriorated over years I lived there. I needed hip replacement surgery and was experiencing other physical problems. I called We Buy Northwest Houses. They made me an offer for the property. I accepted and bought a small house near my daughter and her family, where I now live, following surgery and where I have family near to help in case of need. I believe it fair to say that they rather bailed me out and certainly helped solve the problems I had created.

—Aine O.

My daughter’s degenerative illness...

...has been acting up lately, so I needed to move to be with her in Spokane. We Buy Northwest Houses bought my house the first day they saw it, so I knew it would be handled and off my mind. And even after I had sold it, they let me stay another month to move my things out on my schedule.

—CINDY R.

When my wife and I got into some financial trouble...

...we had to skip a mortgage payment. One thing after another left us scrambling until we just couldn’t catch up. In despair, we decided to let our house go into foreclosure. When we were first contacted by We Buy Northwest Houses, we didn’t have a lot of hope. However, they saved us from having a foreclosure on our credit AND gave us some money to move into a dream rental in Kellogg. It is so great to have the burden of that house lifted off our shoulders!

—PATRICK B.

After moving my mother into assisted living...

...I had enough to deal with, besides an old outdated house with a reverse mortgage on it. David was such a blessing. I could have never done all that work, and that young couple would have never gotten their dream house if not for him!

—TERI R.

After renting out my old house for a few years...

...I grew tired of dealing with repairs and trying to collect rent every month.  The house was in rough shape and I did not want to keep spending money on it.  So for my own peace of mind I decided to sell it.  I wanted to sell it fast and I did not want to have to deal with paying for Realtors.  I called We Buy Northwest Houses and they made me an offer I felt I could work with.  Within 35 days of accepting their offer, I had closed the deal with them and had the money in the bank.  If I was in the same situation again, I would definitely call We Buy Northwest Houses.

More About Us

About We Buy Northwest Houses

We help people out, one house at a time.

Our Story

Our founder, David, spent years working in business and finance until he found a way to spend all his time solving problems for real estate owners stuck in tough situations. Now he spends all of our time doing the same :-).

Our Mission

To truly and completely help you out of a tough situation by paying cash for your house or creatively finding an even better solution so you can stop worrying about foreclosure, vandalism, paying two mortgages, or generally having the burden of dealing with your house.

Our Core Values

  1. Integrity. Nothing counts if it’s not honest.
  2. Creating value. It we're not adding value, it’s not worth doing. That’s the only way to create true “win-win” outcomes.
  3. Helping people. A rising tide raises all ships.
  4. Respecting people. We sincerely believe in the intrinsic dignity and worth of every single person and are 100% committed to treating people with respect and providing non-judgmental service no matter what.
  5. Privacy. We never “pry”. We will never sell your information. We will never disclose to anybody that we are working with you unless you direct us to do so.
  6. Solving, not selling. We do not have a sales department. We don’t even have sales reps! The name of the game for us is solving your problem or die trying.
  7. Listening. We provide a safe space for you to explain your current situation and what your needs and wants are. How can we solve your problems if we don’t listen to what they are?
  8. Family. Ours and yours.
  9. Empowering others. This applies to our staff, our children, our community, and our clients. Our heart is to encourage and equip everyone we touch to become even better versions of themselves.
  10. Always improving. With every success story we encourage ourselves to “excel still more”.
  11. Humility. The only way to improve is to believe that improvement is necessary.
  12. Thankfulness. What have we received that we have not been given? Our heart is to go beyond the verbal “thank you” to truly behaving thankfully.
  13. Breakfast. “What have we always said is the most important thing?”
